ESFLOR LLC supplies industrial, manufacturing, and building supplies. All products listed on the website are subject to availability. We do not currently offer custom-made items.

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We accept credit card payments. Prices may change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only for orders shipping within California.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
We offer delivery through ESFLOR’s team, USPS, UPS, or customer shipping accounts. Customers pay shipping. Risk transfers once the order is handed to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of non-custom items within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are processed after inspection.

7. Manufacturer Warranty
Products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. ESFLOR provides no additional warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability
ESFLOR LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Product Information & Availability
We may correct errors, update info, or cancel orders with pricing/availability errors.

10. Order Cancellations
We may cancel orders due to fraud suspicion, errors, or unavailability. Customers may request cancellation before shipping.

11. Dispute Resolution
Step 1: Mandatory arbitration in California under AAA rules.
Step 2: If unresolved, disputes go to courts in San Diego County, CA.

These terms follow California law.
